- To access Space ELD services, users must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information. Failure to submit complete details may result in restricted access.
- Users are fully responsible for all actions taken under their accounts and must keep their login credentials secure. Strong passwords are required.

3. Payments and Refunds
- All payments are securely handled through Stripe.
- Because the service begins immediately upon payment, Space ELD does not issue refunds for active or partially used billing periods.
- Once a new cycle has started, subscription fees cannot be refunded.
4. Cancellations and Account Deactivation
- Cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing cycle
- No partial refunds are provided for the remaining period.
- Before renewal, users must remove all active vehicles from their account to prevent additional charges. You may also email to request account deactivation; access will continue until the billing period concludes.

- Maintain accurate and updated personal or business information
- Protect your account credentials from unauthorized use
- Ensure all actions taken under your account comply with applicable laws and Space ELD's policies
7. Limitation of Liability
Space ELD shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
8. Account Suspension or Removal
- Space ELD may suspend or permanently delete accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or otherwise compromise the company's integrity.
- Account suspension or deletion does not grant entitlement to compensation or refunds.
- If termination occurs due to user misconduct, all applicable fees remain due.
9. Acceptable Use Policy
Space ELD must be used only for lawful and intended purposes. Users are responsible for ensuring their activity does not breach regulations, third-party rights, or these Terms.
Misuse includes (but is not limited to):
- Violating laws or regulations,
- Infringing on intellectual property or privacy rights,
- Damaging Space ELD's reputation or legitimate interests,
- Engaging in offensive or fraudulent behavior
We reserve the right to:
- Restrict or revoke user access,
- Terminate agreements, or
- Report unlawful activity to relevant authorities
